« I’ve never experienced a better staff than these wonderful people at the Altamar, my girlfriend and I had such a wonderful time enjoying the beautiful scenery, beach, pool and food! The staff surprised us on numerous occasions with a romantic dinner table and breakfast table outside with candles and beanbags! This was my first trip to the Philippines and I’ve never in my life received the wonderful treatment of the staff, thank you for everything! This is the #1 place to stay!! »

"The hotel personel was helpful and the hotel is close to the whaleshark tours. On the other hand, our room was not in good condition. Shower and sink were dirty and the toilet had trouble to flush. Also, you need to hire a tricycle to get to Donsol. The restaurant of the hotel had good food."
