Villa Kanak is an impressive 4 bedroom villa in a prime location, just 5 minutes’ walk from the stunning Playa Lima. The villa features a large terrace with an inviting private pool and fantastic sea views. You’ll also have a covered outdoor dining area to enjoy your alfresco meals whilst spotting the glistering sea. Inside, you’ll find a light, stylish lounge and spacious bedrooms, and from the villa, the centre of Matagorda is within 15 minutes’ walk, and the popular resort of Puerto del Carmen is just a 10 minute drive away. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.  
  
Located just a stone’s throw from the beach, Villa Kanak is only a 15 minute walk to the centre of Matagorda. You’ll have a great variety of shops and restaurants to choose from parallel to the main promenade. Within 5 minutes’ walk from the villa is the popular sandy beach of Playa Lima, and there is a coastal path ideal for strolls and bike rides. The beautiful beaches of Playa Pocillos and Playa Grande are within 10 minutes’ drive. You’re also within 10 minutes’ drive from the lively resort of Puerto del Carmen, the perfect spot for retail therapy, or trying the wealth of bars and restaurants. You'll be conveniently located just 5 minutes' drive from the airport.
