Villa Ardilla’ is well furnished throughout and is very well equipped with everything needed for a self-catering holiday.It is located 400m from the main avenida in Puerto del carmen . The 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed, ample wardrobe space and an en-suite bathroom. There are 2 further bedrooms, which both contain twin beds. The master bathroom is on this level. The living room is on the upper floor. It is furnished with leather sofas and has patio doors leading to a large balcony with dining. The well-equipped kitchen is divided from the living room by a breakfast bar. For extra convenience there is a third bathroom on this floor. Villa access is through a 6' gate from a pedestrian walk way, makes this ideal for families with smaller children.



Swimming pool: The Swimming pool measures approx 7 x 3.5 metres and has an depth of 1.1 to 1.9 metres and is solar heated for your comfort. Please be advised that children should be attended at all times whilst using the swimming pool. In order to help maintain the temperature of the swimming pool, there is a pool cover provided (generally the pool is kept covered at night).
Pool is for sole use of the Clients.

Mooie villa met zwembad

We hadden met 3 koppels een zeer leuk verblijf in villa Ardilla. Ideale ligging, 300 m van het strand en de bars en restaurants. Rustig gelegen in een nette buurt. Alles is voorradig en is zoals in de advertentie. Mooi zwembad. Goede communicatie met Dean. Toen de boiler stuk bleek werd deze dadelijk vervangen. Toppie! We willen nu al terug

Great communication with the host Dean, replied to every question promptly, allowed us to arrive early according to our flights and also depart later, again to suit our flights, once we arrived at the villa there were clear instructions on codes to enter etc, and the villa was beautifully clean and had literally everything we needed for our week stay, we loved the layout and the downstairs utility was a great addition, very comfortable beds/pillows (in fact the comfiest we have slept in on holiday) would 100% love to return, thanks for a perfect stay in your villa! As an addition a welcome pack would be nice (basics like water and milk) the only negative was having to leave!

Everything that you could possibly need in one villa

We stayed here in July 24 fantastic location short walk to the beach, shops and bars. The villa is set in a generous quiet plot with a good sized pool and all outdoor amenities including a utility room. All the bedrooms were large and comfortable with plenty of storage. 3 full sized bathrooms was a real plus for the number of adults and children on our trip. Immaculately clean with everything that you would need for a self catering holiday. Full and comprehensive information was provided in advance to get us to the Villa safely and quickly, Dean the managing agent was very helpful and just a short phone call away. I can highly recommend this villa and wouldnt hesitate to book it again.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay in the villa. The decor was immaculate and the location, near to our favourite restaurants and bars, was perfect. The fridge/freezer in the utility room was ideal as we spent most days in the pool. We have already discussed staying again in the future! Dean at Sovereign provided plenty of information and was available if we had any questions before and during our stay

Villa Ardilla.

My Husband and I stayed here in 2016 and the villa was beautiful then. This time I returned with my Grandson and 3 friends. Wow, what a transformation. This villa is stunning. The new kitchen has everything you need it. A new utility room outside, where you can locate the washing machine, brooms for indoors and outdoors, ironing board and pegs. And even better a fridge freezer ideal for when you have a bbq, your wine and beers can be accessed easily from here. The pool is warm and inviting and was used often. The location of the villa is perfect for starting a walk along the strip or seafront and will take you all the way to the old harbour an area worth a visit. Texas Rancho also has a free bus service which can be picked up all along the stripe. A great family day out, (I recommend taking your swimwear and towels). The dolphin show is astonishing and beautifully displayed. It was my favourite part of our visit to Texas Rancho. A wander around the Conservation Zoo is informative and a delight, and just when you think there couldn't possibly be anything more there is a park with a zipline for the children, wonderful. Villa Ardilla is really in the ideal location for the local buses, which you can get to playa blanca for the day, or teguise for the Sunday market, so many places and things to do. We can't wait to return as soon as possible. It's a ten out of ten from all 5 of us.

Excellent Villa!

Villa Ardilla was perfect for our family holiday celebrating my 60th birthday- great accommodation, lovely good sized pool and the location is excellent too. We have been staying in Puerto del Carmen for 30years and this is certainly one of the best places we have stayed if not the best! We certainly hope to visit again in the future. Great location, lovely stay

Check In was amazingly easy with the information we had been sent prior to arrival. Location fantastic quiet but only a 5 minute walk from beach/bars/restaurants aplenty. Villa clean and all facilities to hand, utility room, cooking facilities and utensils lots of indoor and outdoor space to sit and eat as a famy of 5. The pool big enough for us to enjoy ourselfs ...Sun loungers could do with a bit of a clean and pads changed due to previous guest over the summer period possibly not putting towels down and leaving stains of fabric. Response to quieres quick from Dean the management team and able to check out late at a small cost which was well worth it due to late flight with a 4 year old. Allowed us another full day by the pool. All in all we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend. Thanks Dean

We had a very good stay at this villa. Very clean and everything that we needed was there. When we needed to speak to the host, he answered quickly and sorted out the problem, which was of our making and not the property owners fault. Villa Ardilla was lovely, we enjoyed our stay here. Great location only few minutes from the beach. Inside was clean tidy and very neat. The pool was slightly dirty on our arrival, but was cleaned during our stay, can’t complain about that these things happen. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Great villa, great location

I honestly can't fault the villa at all - it was just as described and photographed. The bedrooms were good sizes, the bathrooms (all 3 of them) were immaculate and the living room and kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Like a real home from home! The location was great - just off the 'high street', but not too far to walk, and just a 10 minute taxi ride from the airport. From start to finish, Dean (the guy that looks after the villa) couldn't have been more helpful. He answered any queries we had promptly and went above and beyond to help. All in all, we loved the villa, the area and the service received. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending..!

The kids loved it which means it was good for parents For the grandparents and parents the beds and bedding was awful. Communication with the property manager was abrupt and unhelpful. Schöne Villa in guter Lage

Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen in der Villa und fanden ein großzügiges Raumangebot vor. Die Bäder sind sehr komfortabel, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, der verglaste Balkon hat uns sehr gut gefallen, er ist für jede Witterung geeignet. TV leider nur englischsprachige Sender vorhanden. Matratzen könnten etwas komfortabler sein. Pool gut, Wasser ist aber für den November zu kalt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral zum Einkaufen und zum Strand und trotzdem ruhig. Alles in allem haben wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht, können wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Absolutely stunning villa in puerto del carmen

Deans villa was absolutely outstanding me and my boyfriend and kids stayed here for 6 night july 2020 and I can not recommend this villa enough it was spotless clean with everything you need and more beautiful area outside with pool sitting area with a beautiful table and really comfy sun loungers fab bbq witch we really enjoyed and beautiful cattus garden at back villa witch I thought was really beautiful inside villa is outstanding absolutely fabulous and spotless clean it was so up to date we loved it felt like home from home and the balcony up stairs with sitting room and kitchen was absolutely beautiful to chill on as looked out onto beautiful views of villas trees and the beach was 5 min walk witch you could see from the balcony it was brilliant with plenty of shops bars restaurants on the strip 5 mins from the villa I will definitely stay in deans again he was brilliant to deal with and can't wait to stay again thanks Dean

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Villa Ardilla entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung - den Urlauber erwartet ein geräumiges, gepflegtes Haus mit gut ausgestatteter Küche, sauberen Bädern und einem ansprechenden Poolbereich in ruhiger Umgebung. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand oder an der Promenade mit Lokalen und Shops kilometerweit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt !
