Situated between old and new town

Located between old and new town. 2nd time we have stayed there. Nice modern complex 10 mins walk to Lidl and the large shopping centre. Friendly staff.Up a steep hill from strip so not suited to infirm but we will be booking again

This place is clean, and the staff are respectful and welcoming to tourists. My main issue was the pool area—it’s small, and no staff member is present to monitor it. Unfortunately, we had to put up with a family whose children were disruptive, with no way to escape the chaos unless heading to the beach. Also, the reception closes at night, so there’s no security on-site, though I still felt relatively safe. Walking back after dark was a bit unsettling, as there are no street lights, making it quite eerie. If you are looking for a clean place to stay I would recommend it for that.

Check in was great, room was modern and really clean, beds were comfortable. Room cleaned and fresh towels every 2 days, the pool area is also spotless, no sunbed reserving so everyone just lay out when they needed. Air con set to a lovely temperature so rooms were cool. I would definitely stay here again. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Thankyou for a wonderful stay!

Lovely complex, friendly staff

Lovely standard complex, staff very friendly, especially Rafa who booked us in. Located in middle of Old and New Town at top of hill about 10 mins walk from main strip and Old Town so maybe not suitable for older people. Will definitely stay again

Great family location, great staff.. very welcoming! Only concern was smell from toilet facilities which is reported to be an ongoing issue. We did hear of others being moved because if this but we were not given this option.. equally we are not complainers!! Cleanest hotel we have stayed in

Rooms could have been cleaned more often we were their 5 nights and changed towels once and emptied bins once in bathroom . No tv working and no internet in all the time we were there , part of the reason we booked was for wi fi facilities as to catch up on work . Tv would have been nice to have on in morning s when we woke up .

Booked this property as Expedia has it listed with Aircon and A double bed (not twins). Arrived Saturday 10pm which what on my check in form and informed that they were moving us to a different hotel. Arrived at the new hotel and the room was dated, very hot, twin beds and no aircon. Sunday morning, I asked for a refund so we could find alternative accommodation ourselves and they refused. They said they would offer compensation but not until the Monday (we were leaving Tuesday). We ended up staying in the hotel they put us in as we didn't want to be out of pocket and options were limited because it was last minute. We had 3 nights of little sleep. Followed up to request a refund and they offered us 15% back. Truly shocking behaviour from this hotel, they ruined our holiday and think giving us 15% back in acceptable compensation.

Myself & my partner have only arrived back in Ireland after our stay in Guinate Club - Lanzarote. We can’t recommend this place enough. The staff are so friendly & helpful, all have great English. Our apartment was spotless. We couldn’t fault the apartment or complex. We hope to return to Guinate Club soon. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so memorable.

Great service from Jose at reception and apartments clean and towels changed regularly. Really good value and well situated. Not really suitable for those with mobility issues as a few hills. We would definitely stay again.
