The cosy apartment 1 is located in La Asomada, a town on the Canary Island of Lanzarote, in a well-maintained residential complex. The charming apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a queen-size bed as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, toys and children's books. A cot and high chair are also available if requested. A dining table with sunshade and chairs are available on the private terrace where you can round off a successful day with a glass of full-bodied wine. The communal area of the complex includes a garden, a pool of over 100 m², a sun terrace with deckchairs and a barbecue area. You also have a wonderful view of the mountains and the blue sea on the horizon. A restaurant, a supermarket and a gas station are within 2,7 km (a 4-minute drive) and the next beach, Playa Grande in Puerto del Carmen, is 7 km (an 11-minute drive) from the apartment.
