We love the staff at Saixiang. They make us feel welcome and comfortable, and over the years many become like friends. Our special thanks to Sun Jing, Liu Qing, Zhang Sheng, and the hotel driver Mr. Li; Zhang Lei and the staff at breakfast buffet; and the concierge Wang Hanfeng and others. They are very nice and professional, and we think they are the best staff ever. But we love Saixiang first and foremost because of the wonderful staff working here. The staff members at Saixiang are extremely professional, kind, and helpful. They make us feel welcome and at home. From the reservation to the front desk, from the restaurant staff and the cleaning crew and the concierge at the door, everyone was courteous and nice and eager to help out during our stay. Every request was fulfilled with speed and efficiency. The breakfast buffet is good for both Chinese and Western-style foods and drinks. We have stayed at Saixiang almost for ten years now and it has stayed wonderful year after year. We look forward to coming back. El gym y la piscina estaba en obra y cerrados; no entiendo que cuando se hace la reserva en Hotels no se avise de este punto se ofrezca el hotel como que tiene gimnasio y piscina. El servicio es bueno, aunque no hablan mucho inglés, y el desayuno es muy completo.
