the hotel is correct but the other customers do not respect the calm. The hotel accepts dogs and it barks at night, too bad because I wouldn't come back.

The facility is located in the heart of the waterfront and is clean and cared for. Our desk clerk was outstanding. Friendly fast and efficient. An excellent customer service representative who helped us with our menu choices which were spot on recommendations

My parents and I stayed for five nights at the Delta Hotel in Thunder Bay. For the first two days, the housekeeping staff did well, although they left used towels in the bathroom sink. On the third day, we were shocked when a man wearing sweatpants showed up early in the morning, handed us new towels, and then left. For the last two days, no one cleaned our room. When I complained about this while checking out, a man at the front desk said it might be my fault for hanging a "Do not Disturb" sign. However, we removed the sign when we left to explore around 10 a.m., so that excuse is ridiculous. This hotel has the worst housekeeping service, and no one even apologized to us when we complained about it.

Parking was a bit confusing, and often have to park past the condos. It was so quiet and relaxing, but our internet wouldnt work which was okay we had lots to explore around us.

The hotel itself is amazing. The unfortunate thing is if you don’t pay for underground parking, you have to walk past 4 different buildings to reach the hotel.

The stopper on the tub didn’t work and was really looking forward to a bath. They advertise room service then charge you a $5.00 delivery fee and ask for a tip. Ordered a steak and was given wooden utensils that wouldn’t cut it. Also came in styrofoam container instead of plate so end up cutting through container and making a mess. This was a pamper myself night and did not succeed.

Booked a room travelling from Edmonton to Nova Scotia, when booking was made parking was paid.bfully expected parking in the underground parking for security of property we were told the parking was full but they had a offsite parking. This was unsatisfactory so deceided to keep driving until we fou d another hitel. At 230am we found another hotel. We will billed for this stay amd obviously had to pay for thensecond hotel
