"The room I stayed in wasn’t very clean but I had driven in from Ft Worth for a funeral and was very tired. I made sure the sheets were clean and decided I could stay. The a/c unit made terrible noises. The chair was dirty and something was on the carpet I couldn’t identify. After I started to see a few flying bugs I went to the front desk and he changed my room. The next morning I discovered the new room had no shower curtain, no coffee maker, no blow dryer and neither room had telephones in them. I was told by the manager I couldn’t get a refund because I booked through Expedia but that he would see if he could get a voucher for a free night at any best western, which I will never stay in again, but I haven’t heard anything from him in almost 2 weeks. It was a literal nightmare staying here."

"Our room was modern but showed signs of damage. Like water damage or possiably mold. It smelled funky and our room wasn't ready when we arrived early. Breakfast was almost empty by 8:30am. Otherwise, it was a described. Not really buget friendly for the price we paid with insurance."

"I had a great stay at Americas Best Inn. The hotel was very quiet, peaceful, and had everything we needed right at our fingertips. The staff was amazing, very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. It was the perfect hotel for a short stay and made the experience comfortable and stress free. They did serve breakfast from 6am to 9am which was nice, but after breakfast hours there were no lunch options or vending machines available, and the snacks, water, and sodas were cash only. Other than that small inconvenience, everything else was perfect. I would definitely stay again and truly appreciate the great service from the staff!"

"Doug and his wife were the perfect host.This beautiful little cottage on the lake was super clean, very comfortable and a great area. There was many nice touches such as homemade brownies when we arrived, handwritten welcome note.The sheets, beds,pillows all extremely soft and comfortable and clean fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make a meal. The host responded quickly to one or two of my questions that I had that came up. We would love to stay again on our next visit to Oklahoma. We came out for my niece's graduation and hope to return sometime soon. Stay blessed"

"Might've been bad luck for the hotel as well as myself, but during the stay the ac in the room kept freezing over. One of the elevators broke down. One of the doors to outside was out of order. The ice maker on the floor I was on was out of order. Plus being next to the stairs, the door slammed so loud and often it was quite annoying. The staff tried to help with the ac issue, but the hotel was sold out so no extra available rooms for the stay."
