The host was accessible. Very nice property, updated and the air conditioning was very nice as a lot of the older rentals in the area don’t have it and it was humid during our stay! Only giving 4 stars because the front yard was a bit swampy not sure if that was from rain or the water table, but I feel like it was really buggy because of this. Nothing the owners could have done, and they did provide bug spray! I was just rushing to close the door so they bugs didn’t get a free stay! 4/5 stars because the home was way tucked into the back of a small lake front community and the road to get in was very long and 1 car wide, this made me nervous particularly at night not well lit. Bathroom was small and they requested you don’t flush toilet paper which was a bit unexpected. We simply slept there so it fit our needs.
