Cala Gran Holiday Park with water slides is also very close..For fans of real ale try the Strawberry Gardens Fleetwood a great pub!! Fleetwood Town football club is about 2 miles away. This Cod Army fan welcomes well behaved away fans! The 14 bus takes you to either Fleetwood or Blackpool as far as St Annes Alternatively you can drive to Cleveleys and take the new tram service between Blackpool and Fleetwood Bus (passes accepted on trams). The tram stops at Blackpool Tower and the Pleasure Beach , Cleveleys and Fleetwood. For those you love shopping Fleetwood market is on 4 days a week Poulton le Fylde market on Mondays and Fleetwood Infinity Shopping outlet 7 days a week. In the Summer there are beer festivals, folk festivals , the Gala, travelling fair and Tram Sunday which is a fantastic day out for all the family . The beaches are really beautiful and natural. There are some restrictions on dog walking in the summer months but if the tide is out its ok. Now to the accommodation! There are three bedrooms( one en- suite) a large living room/ dining room with wall mounted 55 inch tv, large fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, iron and board, fridge , freezer,oven hob and extractor.The newly fitted family bathroom has an over bath rain shower , new ground floor cloakroom and parking for up to 3 cars. The rear garden is securely fenced which is ideal for our four legged friends! The garden gets the afternoon and evening sun . On the new terrace dine al fresco ! The hardwood dining table extends to seat 8 guests There are fields to the rear so the sunny garden is not overlooked. The master bedroom has an en suite shower room and a super king size bed with individual mattresses which are electronically controlled and can be adjusted as required. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a single. Its fine for 3 children but 3 adults would be a bit of a squeeze! Bed 3 has bunk beds and the best view of the house over the fields to Fleetwood There are televisions in all bedrooms and the lounge tv is a 55 inch wall mounted one with freeview . Children are welcome. I have a cot, high chair stair gate and toys available. The kitchen is well equipped with pots pans microwave utensils and glasses. All towels and linen are provided. Pheasants wood is popular with dog walkers 5 mins from the house WIFI decent speed. The owner has made sure that everything is there to ensure that you can cook your meals from start to finish. There was a very good stock of tea towels, bedding, and bath towels etc. The garden is very secure, Violet the Frenchie loved it. The place was spotlessly clean. Some information regarding recycling would have been useful as we weren't sure about the different colour bins, every authority is different. There are 3 WC'S in the property, such a bonus! Only slight niggle was that the upstairs floorboards creaked (alot) and the boiler was noisy when showering. This did disturb the baby so we showered before his bed time. The owner tried her best to get an engineer in to correct the issue but this proved impossible, despite her best efforts. Sadly we had to cut our stay short but agreed a refund with the owner. Keys were in the key safe, house was clean, very homely, we did have a boiler issue which we knew about the day we were arriving, but was dealt with quickly. Great location for our stay, very quiet neighbourhood. Would highly recommend and Helen was just lovely, nothing was too much bother for her. Communication with Helen was excellent and always with a very quick response. The house is in a perfect location and we made full use of the local transport to travel to and from Blackpool. On arrival we found the house to be very clean and felt like a home from home with a lot of personal touches. The beds were very comfortable and the powerful overhead showers were great. We made full use of the extensive kitchen, dining room and living room. I would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting the experience of Blackpool with the quiet comfort of a spacious house to relax in at night. ##### Scott W. The house was perfect, it was immaculately clean and very well kept. There was everything that you would ever need. The towels provided were fluffy, better than most hotels. The beds were comfortable. Could not fault anything, we are likely to be back again and would definitely recommend to anyone & friends to use.
