At hosts’ advice, we rented paddle boards in Port Gamble, which led to daily encounters with seals and otter as well as instructive conversation with the shellfish farmers across the inlet. The property is right on the beach with beautiful views of the water. It was so very quiet and relaxing. We had a family bbq and everything we needed was available from propane for the grill to large bowls. I would definitely stay here again! It is the perfect place for a family retreat. ##### Juli G. But the best part is the location- the land this property sits on. You get your own personal bay, wildlife viewing deck, kayak launch, tide pools, and hiking paths.
