Having use of a portable AC available was great. The bed was too low to the ground and very hard for our comfort level, and the bathtub/shower situation was hard to get in and out of without slipping (kind of dangerous). There were some issues with the lack of communication after initial reservation until 48 hours before check in but thereafter the communication was solid.
