"There was nothing I like about the property terribly hotel the checkin receptionist need to trained in customer service before been put to work.. my family and I will never stay there again . Nothing or no one there seems to understand whats it like to work in a hotel.. Not sure if there was any type of leadership there ."

"The breakfast was good: bagels, cream cheese, and an option to order from the kitchen. Coffee was provided, not my preferred brew, but it worked. And you receive a token for your beverage of choice; I chose water, since I do not drink alcoholic beverages. The staff was friendly, and the rooms filled up fast. When I checked in, there were hardly any cars in the parking lot. By nighttime, the parking areas were completely full - get there early. No gym available, and I didn't have time to exercise anyway. The designs inside the hotel were very unique and brought a chill retro environment. I liked it."

"Only major issue was I was on the 5th floor and one elevator was out of service when I arrived, on night 2 of my stay, the other elevator was out of service too so I had to hike up the 5 floors. I was told by the front desk that it was reported and someone was coming that night to address the elevators. Upon waking up the next morning, Both were repaired and back in service. So the issue was handled promptly. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Awesome value, amenities, location, etc. Highly recommended."

"I've stayed in several hotels around Wake Forest University while visiting my child who attends WFU and this was my first at the Best Western. The Best Western is by far the best value. It's clean, customer service was pleasant and they have a nice free breakfast. This is right across from the Marriott which is about 40% more expensive - I noticed no difference in quality (both are quality options). This is my new hotel while visiting WFU."

"There's no elevator during the time of my stay amd I had to walk the staircase to thel2nd floor with luggage. Not good.Staff was kind, professional, & very helpful at the front desk"

"Perfect location, as you can walk to all of the fun things but also you're a little detached from it which is nice to not be among all the noise at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom is a bit small especially for a room with 2 queen beds so potentially 4 people sharing it. Overall, a really positive experience."

"The hotel was situated in an awkward area. The tv in the room was too small for the room. There was a wedding they took place on one of the nights we stayed and they played loud music until midnight. "
