Gîte in a terraced house, on 3 levels. Ground floor (access by stairs from the living room or on one level from the kitchen): Living room-living room and kitchen. On the floor below: 1 bedroom with bath and shower open to the bedroom and washbasin/WC separated by a partition. 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 single bunk beds), shower room (shower and WC). On the 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and a bed in wooden bars for baby), library area on a mezzanine. 19th century family house completely renovated in 2018 in a chalet spirit, in the heart of a peaceful hamlet, in the heart of the Chambéry countryside, in the heart of the Bauges Natural Park. Very good comfort. Warm and contemporary. Unfenced land and terrace. Beautiful unobstructed view of the valley. Ski Aillon le Jeune 14.5 km, la Féclaz 16 km. Le Margériaz 18 km. Climbing 7 km. Thermal baths Challes les Eaux 13.5 km. Gite located 15km from Aillon le Jeune (family resort with 39km of slopes with the Margériaz) and 16km from the downhill and cross-country ski slopes of the Savoie Grand Revard area (140km of cross-country slopes and 50km of downhill skiing spread over the resorts -villages of Féclaz, Le Revard and St François de Sales). Very peaceful hamlet in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Massif des Bauges, a preserved massif renowned for the beauty of its landscapes. Magnificent hikes of all levels including the GR96\. Many nature and sports activities nearby. Ideally located between Chambéry and Annecy, cities "of Art and History". Fresh mountain air!
