I think some thought went into the design of the hotel but the day-to-day operation lets it down completely. Front door doesn’t lock properly, looks like was forced open. Air conditioning doesn’t work, sink leaks and drains onto the floor. No soap in shower. Drapes so close to sink that they get wet every time. Dead insects in drapes and windows. Première chambre donc le ménage n' ai pas fait. Changement de chambre qui est sensé être le "haut de gamme" pas savon dans le distributeur de la douche le tuyau en mauvais état et dans l'ensemble la qualité est médiocre "photos" dommage mais cela montre les limites d'une structure qui n'a pas de contrôle, tout ce fait à distance. Un hôtel automatique qui rencontre des bugs : pas de réception par SMS du code de la porte et de la chambre, ce qui oblige à appeler la centrale tard le soir devant la porte... Escalier et hall délabrés avec odeurs de moisi... Absence de clé sur la porte de la chambre qui oblige à rappeler la centrale... Pas la cafetière attendue dans la chambre... Quand au petit déjeuner : il faut aller chercher de quoi manger à la boulangerie 150 m plus loin qui donne à titre gratuit des produits d'une qualité médiocre. En plus elle etait vissée sur le mur) - porte des toilettes qui ne se ferme pas car pas droite. Encadrement qui se décollait du mur. Proche du centre de thiers pour diner le soir, possibilité de diner sur place également mais il faut prévenir à l'avance. Man muss vorher eine Person anrufen, man bekommt einen Code für den Eingang und einen für das Zimmer. Leider müssten wir feststellen dass andere Leute auch unseren Code hatten und kam bei uns ins Zimmer... Frühstück ist im Kühlschrank.. und Brot kommt nächster Morgen auf Zimmer und gefrühstückt wird nur im Zimmer. Sehr unpersönlich, kalt . Zimmer war sehr Sauber aber sehr einfach.
