« Nice property with a great view and plenty of space. The house is nicely situated in a quiet neighborhood, has a jaw-dropping view and a private parking. However, we were disappointed that we had to contact the owner one hour prior to our arrival to get the check-in information (but she did answer quickly when we wrote to her). « Upon entering the guest suite area through the magical “secret garden,” you are in a secluded quiet place with the lapping of the ocean audible nearby. A well-appointed kitchen with all kinds of appliances made cooking easy and enjoyable. The availability of kayaks was such a huge bonus; it would have been hard bringing our own on this steep property. Would recommend if you need to relax and the accommodation itself is your destination! »

« This apartment is a just about perfect. The unit is brand new, lovely decorated and has all the best fixtures and appliances. It is in a beautiful secluded area a short walk to a quite beach and short drives to popular area beaches. The ferry in close by Mill Bay takes you on a short trip to Buchart Gardens or you can drive to downtown Victoria in 45 minutes. The surronding area also has many interesting towns, parks and trails. We definitely plan to go back next year. »

« Perfect little hideaway, minutes away from everything but you feel very remote. Beautiful song birds in the evening, and just superb surroundings. If it means anything to anyone other than myself, shower water pressure was perfect (I’m a picky shower person) The perfect size for solo or couple or even couple with small child/children. I was solo and it was VERY peaceful. »

« Family travelled to Ladysmith for a winter reprieve and to spend time with friends living locally. Ladysmith is a unique place, centered well between Victoria and Nanaimo. The rental provided all the comforts of home, was very clean, extra bedding and towels (always a plus!) and so spacious for us travelling with 3 teenagers. « Well appointed sweet suite! Everything you could need, want has been considered in this spacious quiet suite. I especially appreciated the extra thoughtfulness with coffee and decaf too! A wide variety of teas and all dishes pots/pand one could ever want to make a hornet meal! I brought my dog, and what I reallyb( like REALLY) lived was the trail beside the house for ease of early morning walks. Close to Collery Dam trails system too! Highly recommend! »
