We loved everything about it, inside and out. The beautiful front yard was like an oasis with pond, putting green and terraces. The entire property was very private and the landscaping was maintained beautifully.The backyard had so many options for gathering and entertaining: the outdoor kitchen, pickleball courts, volleyball net, endless seating options, firepit area and gorgeous pool with plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing. We loved the ice maker in the outdoor bar area!The interior of the home was spacious and clean and the bedrooms were large and very comfortable! The house was well-stocked and would have been perfect to cook and/or grill, however, we opted to have catered meals and eat out for our stay. We spent most of our trip onsite, not wanting to leave the wonderful surroundings of this home!The property manager and owner were very helpful and we appreciated the arrangements they made for on-site massages and restaurant recommendations. Very responsive whenever we had a question pre-trip and during our stay! Lovely touches included flowers and balloon to greet us for my husband's 50th birthday along with complimentary supplies for smores.Thank you for everything, it was a truly memorable trip for our 50th birthday celebration with friends! ##### Kristin O. There were 9 of us. The property has it all - and we spent much of our time at the house and beautiful grounds because it offered so much on site. We played a lot of pickleball, right there in our back yard - some of us for the first time. Great family fun. Pool, hot tub, firepit all great. Close to PGA West, and grocery/retail. Yet very private, and quiet. Plus, you're really not boxed in with family the whole time in a bland house. So many places to sit in front and back of house, in sun or shade, by pond or pool. Pretty darn special. And great communication with Carrie who promptly responded to all our needs. Highly recommend for family reunions or large group of friends. ##### Tate A. Everything you could possibly want for recreation - pool, jacuzzi, pickleball courts, volleyball, fire pit, outdoor grill, table tennis, pool table - you get the picture. 5 acres total with it's own lake and gazebo. Plenty of space. Very private, secluded and secure. We felt like we were at a resort and expected to see other guests showing up at the pool at some point, but you have it all to yourself. House is beautiful and well stocked. Host met us at the house to show us around and also arranged for masseuse to come on-site. Great communication. You have to drive a little to get to restaurants and such but, really, only 10 minutes to Old Town La Quinta and about 20 minutes to Palm Desert. The seclusion is part of the charm. It was just the 2 of us but this would be a great place for kids (of all ages). The pictures don't do it justice. If you're considering renting it, just do it. You won't be sorry! ##### Daniel W. Everything is as shown and the property manager was excellent and responsive. I've done 3 family golf trips in La Quinta and I've found that I don't want to stay in one of the golf communities because you waste 5-10 minutes just getting out of the gated community. This location had great amenities and all of the golf courses & restaurants we went to were within a nine minute drive. Some of favorite things about this property: 1) Misting system at Bar and near pool works great and cools things down. 2) Pickleball courts are excellent and added a lot of fun 3) Hot tub worked well 4) 3 bikes included is nice- we rode them around the property mostly ##### Randy D.
