Our trip was planned to get out of the cold weather and play a couple rounds of golf. We ordered the Lifestyle passes to let us get T times. As it turns out, you can’t make any arrangements until you’re physically there to pick up your passes. We were arriving Sunday evening and assumed we could set up for Monday. Additionally, through some snafu, they hadn’t received the owners request to reserve the passes for us. We weren’t able to reach the owners before the 6:00 pm deadline so had to wait until Monday morning. Then, we found the passes don’t activate until their (The Villages), overnight computer update so, Tuesday morning. So a lot of aggravation with that. Would have preferred scheduling our limited time there better. Minor dryer issue that was attended to immediately. Minor housekeeping issues we addressed with owner. Not enough toilet paper or paper towels. No tissues in house. Minimal detergent supplies. Previous occupants’ dogs left their nose prints on the patio doors. Not that great a deal for us to make the beds ourselves as we left , but really?? This could have been a whole lot nicer with a little effort. ##### Robert H. Our stay at your place was the perfect work play balance Our Dogs loved the backyard and we could not be happier with the house! My husband is a Public Adjuster and we had clients to take care of after Hurricane Helene, but after helping them we were able to enjoy all the pools restaurants music we could in our 5 day stay! Thank you for being so quick to respond and let us book an extra night to relax and play! Fantastic Host and Community! Highly recommend!!! Thank you Tom! Some items in disrepair, such as a missing smoke detector in the hallway and porch ceiling fan blades needing replacing. The golfcart had a flat tire after a few miles, and by the visual condition of that tire, was obvious we lost that round of "musical chairs." The 24hr golfcart maintenance number was a non-starter, answering on the stormy night, but unable to effect repair on the weekend. A spare tire was expected from them next morning, but they finally called at dinner time--no help. The linens washing/bed making requirement is new to us, and our booking was the day prior, so refund/cancellation not an option. In light of the housekeeping chores required, the random 10:00am checkout time is too early, without purpose. Checkout should be noon, or even later, as the "cleaning" is nearly done. ##### Dean M.
