Minutes from multiple pools and golf courses. \- Master bedroom with queen bed, TV, 2 large walk-in closets & ensuite bathroom with lg walk-in shower \- 2 queen bedrooms (no closet in front rm) \- Guest bathroom (shower/tub combo) \- Spacious & fully equipped kitchen \- Dining area (seats 6) \- Large screened-in lanai with plenty of seating \- Laundry Rm - Washer & Dryer The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. All homes that are occupied must be occupied by at least one person who is at least fifty five (55) years of age. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period. \- Room to park one car in garage and additional 2 cars in driveway \- Xfinity internet and basic cable tv included Door Code Provided 48 hours before check-in date Resident IDs: You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickle ball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests. Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker; And Amazon will not always deliver to the house, and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages. Smoking: No smoking or vaping on the premises. Violation will result in a $1,000 charge per incidence of smoking or vaping in/on the property, and your stay will be terminated. Pets: We do not allow pets at this property. Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing these. Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired or gets damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will have a handyman or repairman come out and address the problem. Not enough room in garage for our suv car and our rented. Bedroom carpet was very dirty and ceiling vents were dirty. We made a call to management and they immediately set out a clean up crew. Great house, comfy beds, very clean, and plenty of room for six of us. Very minor things to comment on would be low water pressure for showers, and extra blankets would be nice.
