This open-concept, 3 Bed, 2 Bath is conveniently located less than 2 miles from LAKE SUMTER LANDING & BROWNWOOD TOWN SQUARE, under 5 miles away, has shopping, dining and nightly entertainment. Executive/championship GOLF COURSES and REC CENTERS at your fingertips. Guest quarters are separated with a pocket door for privacy. GOLF CART INCLUDED! The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. All homes that are occupied must be occupied by at least one person who is at least fifty five (55) years of age. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period. \-3BR/2BA in The Village of Liberty Park \-Minutes away from Lake Sumter Landing & Brownwood Square \-Close to Cane Garden Country Club & Minutes from multiple pools and golf courses. \- Master bedroom with queen bed, TV, 2 large walk-in closets & ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower \- 1 queen bedroom and 1 Office/bedroom with a Full Pull-out Sofa \- Guest bathroom (shower/tub combo) \- Spacious & fully equipped kitchen with island/bar stools \- Dining area (seats 6) \- Screened-in Lanai equipped with plenty of seating \- Laundry Rm - Washer & Dryer \- Room to park 1 car in the garage & 2 cars in driveway \- internet and Streaming TV included. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests. Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker; Amazon will not always deliver to the house, and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages. Smoking: NO SMOKING OR VAPING on the premises at any time. Violations will result in fines. Pet Policy: THIS IS A PET-FRIENDLY HOME Small Dog ONE ONLY (20-25lbs) with pre-approval. NO cats. Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing these. Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired or gets damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will have a handyman or repairman come out and address the problem. Golf Cart Fee is $100 at the time of booking. The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Hold Harmless form to drive. if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to date and fill in your home address on the front page and sign the back page of the Hold Harmless Agreement. You will find the Hold Harmless Agreement inside the booklet when you arrive at the property. We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. We chose the property for location. We were there to surprise our mother for her 80th Birthday. The property was very close to where our parents live in Liberty Park. We will definitely look at this property again when visiting our parents.The only addition we would add is a gas can to fill gas golf cart.
