"The service at this hotel was some of the worst I’ve ever encountered. There was no one available to help with luggage, which was a huge issue since the rooms involve very steep stairs and there is no elevator. Additionally, the showers are very outdated and quite dirty. Overall, this was definitely not the experience we were hoping for. Very disappointing, and the staff was extremely unpleasant"

"Beautiful place with a great atmosphere! The staff was very kind, friendly, and always helpful. The hotel was very clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job every day. Towels were changed daily, the room was cleaned regularly, and the bed linen was always fresh. Breakfasts were very good with a nice variety of options. For people who follow healthy eating, there were also healthy food choices on the menu, which was a big plus. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!"

"Do not be fooled by the "resort" label. This place is a glorified 2-star motel with a predatory pricing model.We paid $300 per night only to be given a room with a depressing view of the parking lot—which, by the way, they charged us an additional $19 per day just to use.The "included breakfast" was an insult. There were no eggs, no bagels, and shockingly, no coffee. Instead, they served frozen sandwiches that looked like they were bought in bulk from a dollar store.Save your money and stay elsewhere. Paying premium prices for bottom-of-the-barrel service and views is a total scam. Avoid at all costs."

"Good location, right at the 7mi bridge. Very quiet at night. Lots of amenities on location - convenience store, restaurant, boat rentals, bicycles, plenty of free parking. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and the kitchen was nice to have."

"This was our third trip to this specific VRBO property. Each time has gotten better. It is more expensive than some, BUT, you truly get what you pay for. I can’t think of a single complaint for any of our three stays…..other than they were not long enough."

"When we arrive to check in the cleaning, lady was showing the house to someone that was interested in buying as we were trying to check in told us that we had to wait, even though it was our time not theirs. House was very old and outdated way overpriced, broken tiles, moldy the Vrbo should be ashamed. The listing is not very accurate. Definitely would not recommend this place. Save your money and the disappointment."
