"Friendly staff at check-in - I was able to drop my heavy backpack hours before checkin began. Clean and beautiful room that still looks new. Great location close to train stations, Aldi and many food options. Only negative was that one of the bar staff was unfriendly and borderline rude. A comment that my friends also made during our catchup in the lobby. This is not what I expect from Ace properties after frequenting them since 2009\. "

"The Parkroyal is a fantastic location, walking distance to everything. The room a quite large and the King bed was comfy with nice long pillows. Staff and Vallet were lovely. Stayed here a few times now. "
