« Pris une chambre avec balcon et me suis retrouvé dans une chambre au rez-de-chaussée sans aucune visibilité à part sur le parking.. En arrivant l'hôtelière m'avait prévenu que la chambre choisie n'avait pas de visibilité et si je voulais vue sur le lac c'était 20 $AUD par nuit et que la chambre était au 2eme étage et ceci sans ascenseur.. Donc suis resté au rdc et effectivement psur l'arrière une vue sur un conteneur. Et une odeur dans la chambre, cette dernière ne devait pas être utilisée...

"Pris une chambre avec balcon et me suis retrouvé dans une chambre au rez-de-chaussée sans aucune visibilité à part sur le parking.. En arrivant l'hôtelière m'avait prévenu que la chambre choisie n'avait pas de visibilité et si je voulais vue sur le lac c'était 20 $AUD par nuit et que la chambre était au 2eme étage et ceci sans ascenseur.. Donc suis resté au rdc et effectivement psur l'arrière une vue sur un conteneur. Et une odeur dans la chambre, cette dernière ne devait pas être utilisée souvent... La nuit je n'ai pas réussi à dormir correctement à cause du bruit du réfrigérateur et de ce fait le lendemain midi j'ai réservé une chambre dans un autre hôtel."
