How they did not know this for 2 months is beyond my comprehension. They apologized and basically told me it was my problem to deal with and also told me to cancel. "Our stay was very disappointing. The photos have been heavily enhanced with lots of extra lighting. The lighting itself in the cottage is very poor. The shower wasn't clean, and the smell of the oil diffuser (personal thing I know) was rank. Coffee and tea products poor and the freezer in the bar fridge was so iced up we couldn't put anything in it let alone make ice cubes. No tissues no flowers like in the photos. For the price paid I am very disappointed, and will not return. FYI I have never given a review like this ever before. Sue B."

"Had no real issues with the property. Learnt a few things about wood heaters. The kids found the swing set was un-anchored and nearly tipped it. should probably anchor it into concrete.
