I did not like staying in a facility w no staff. When you elect a non smoking stay the hotel should not be cleaned while cleaning lady smokes. I did not like having to put my credit card online to check into my room whole paying in advance. I avoid on line credit card whenever possible After i did it i got an enail from Expedia telling me never to put it in! The lady cleaning did work hard but there was no contact. I was in room 12 and cigarette smoke woke me at 4;30 am. Maybe the cleaning scent wore off then or the neighbors woke up? I did appreciate the effort made to restore an old (retro) property rather than tear it down!

Beachfront balcony was great. The bathroom was in need of an upgrade but the stay overall was great. Walkable to the boardwalk and beachfront was great. The lounging area outside was great. We went to early in the season for the pool to be open I guess.

It was an old home, which I loved. But, it was decorated modern, nice flare! The breakfasts were delicious,5 star. Our room was large, especially the bathroom.

"The property was easy to find and in close proximity to public beach entrances. You can see the ocean from the second story porch. Beds were comfortable. Outdoor showers were handy to wash sand off. Only concerns were tub upstairs didn't drain properly amd had to stand in inches of water for shower ..."
