The apartment was very tired and not pleasant to stay in as all walls were heavily marked/ chipped,the smell of an old apartment lingered the entire time, a large cockroach was running around in he bathroom, hallways were not cleaned and had food crumbs, blinds were dirty and didn't work properly, fly screen door to balcony was ripped badly and foyer entry was old, uninviting and not clean.
