"The Ivory Haus is a really cool place to stay. When you enter, there are log fires burning, friendly and attentive staff and a view over the bay from the 2 story outdoor terrace area. "This was a great hotel to land for a couple nights in Plettenberg. The staff was delightful especially upon our arrival we were a bit frazzled from a long drive and Kima greeted us to help us Park and get our bags to our room. The in Hotel restaurant is excellent, we ate the oxtail and the breakfast is fabulous. Two doors away is a place called 11 that we rented bikes from. The property is clean and we had a City View Suite that had plenty of room to spread out and a balcony. The property is clean and has excellent security! We would absolutely stay here again."

"We had a fantastic stay at Moonshine! From the moment we arrived, Carol made us feel incredibly welcome and well taken care of. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, with great attention to detail that really made the experience special. We are visiting South Africa for the first time from Canada on the Garden Route and Carol’s space reminded us of a home away from home. Our 3 kids absolutely loved the pool, the bunk beds, and the hike, it made the trip even more memorable for our whole family. The atmosphere was relaxing and exactly what we were looking for, and Carol was always helpful, responsive, and genuinely warm. You can tell a lot of care has gone into creating a great guest experience. We truly enjoyed our time and would absolutely recommend Moonshine to anyone looking for a memorable stay.
