The wifi was terrible, so slow most of the time couldn’t load a website, everytime you lock your phone it disconnects and you have to reconnect via password and username given by front desk, they change the password to the wifi every second day so continuously having to go down to the front desk and asking for wifi password is a bit annoying. Can't figure out how to use the safe, instructions in Thai only. Staff don't speak much English. Deposit is in cash only. Didn't issue receipt for my deposit. When storing my luggage the staff motioned me to leave it in a corner. No luggage tag not even the pretence of storing my luggage in a safer spot. Wifi is weak. Need to log on EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! The web site says walking distance from Future Park, IT IS NOT TRUE.
