The downstairs restaurant and bar was ideal for an informal meal and a few drinks with a good variety of menu choices. My fish and chips was excellent assisted by a few pints of ale. Breakfast in the quaint breakfast room was also exceptional with good quality food and coffee in a friendly environment .
