« Mon expérience de l'hôtel est décevante. Nourriture indigeste et sans goût. À tel point que le directeur du restaurant, confus, ne m'a pas fait régler la note de ce dîner. J'ai apprécié son geste ! Petit déjeuner sans imagination et très quelconque. Aucun effort de présentation, qualité médiocre des fruits et divers accompagnements. Aucun accueil à la boutique. Il serait souhaitable que le manager de l'établissement prenne en compte ces remarques que je ne suis pas la seule à émettre....

« Loved our stay! The bungalowhotel was very clean and the staff were helpful and let us check in after the closing time. The view of the ocean is stunning, and being right next to the beach was a highlight, perfect for nice walks along the ocean. They serve breakfast, though it tends to be a bit spicy, make sure to ask in advance for what you prefer. Note that the waves are too big for swimming, but the area is quiet and relaxing, a perfect getaway from the city chaos. »

![On the banks of the river/ ocean along Fort Kochi are many of these Chinese fishing nets. Apparently, Kochi is the only place outside of China where you will find these. ![Taking a backwater tour in Kerala, India is an incredible experience. We took a four hour tour on a private boat and had a great time. The views are incredible as you pass rice fields, tiny villages on dikes, and endless coconut trees. It is unlike anything else I did while in India or anywhere else in the world for that matter. It is worth it to go to Kerala just to do one of these tours! You can even do multiple day trips on the popular houseboats.
