"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The romm was clean, just not exactly what i expected for a resort. The breakfast was horrible. They had an omlet bar and buffet style breakfast with scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs with bits of sausage, potatoes, refried beans, tortillas. NO bacon or sausage. ..."

"Room was okay. A little outdated. AC worked great. Bed was not so comfortable. Refrigerator had a bad smell. Basic living quarters but we didn't plan on spending our time in the room anyway. Great location for accessing the beach. A short walk. 3 pools on property. Overall, we would stay here again ..."

"We definitely enjoyed the condo at Sunchase IV. Excellent view and close access to the beach. The condo was very clean and organized. We will for sure be coming back to stay at Sunchase IV, we have no complaints!"
