« Very nice upscale apartment. Awesome album selction to play thru the bluetooth. Owner was very responsive to minor issues. There were 13% in taxes that did not show up in “This is the price you pay” promo. The owner, Hotels.com and Evolve all said it would be addressed so hopefully that issue has been resolved. « I guess the owners weren’t aware of my booking, because unfortunately the house was not cleaned up. I’m sure if the owners were aware they would have cleaned prior to check in. I did have to call to get check in info as none was sent to me. But again that goes back to not being aware of my booking. »

« Maria has a very nice home. Her little dog Max is so sweet and well behaved. Her home is very clean and well maintained. Clean sheets and towels. The neighborhood is very safe feeling. I traveled alone for an appointment in Texarkana. I felt very safe staying here. I just needed a night. I got off work at 6 and drove my hour and 45 minutes. I arrived at 8pm. « I love this home and the location! The grounds are gorgeous amidst a bunch of pine trees. It was so pleasant sitting on the top deck listening to the wind rustling the pines.
