Ideally located in a very quiet area (dead-end street) overlooking the pine forest (2 km from Portet beach and 3 km from the centre of Moraira), yet close to supermarkets, bars and restaurants on the coast. Single-storey villa on a flat plot, facing south, south-west. Uninterrupted views over the valley, offering magnificent sunsets. The exterior comprises a large terrace around the private swimming pool, as well as a garden planted with Mediterranean plants and citrus trees. There is parking for 2 cars. There is also a Weber barbecue.
