You will be staying in a spacious 5-room house with a total area of 180 square meters, featuring a bright and comfortable interior design. The living/dining room comes equipped with a veranda, an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, and air conditioning. From this area, you can access the garden and the swimming pool. The house has three bedrooms: one room with a French bed (1 x 150 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and air conditioning; another room with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning. On the lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, there is an additional living/dining room and a bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning. The main kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove with four gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The lower ground floor also has a kitchenette with an oven and four ceramic glass hob hotplates. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath, bidet, and WC, and the other with just a bath/WC.
