But local buses close by that make access to the city really easy. Although is a bit of steeper walk back up to the cottage might be harder for some with walking difficulties. After busy day was nice just to relax in comfortable lounge, and if not up for cooking def recommend the local chippy (if you gluten free they do cater on a Monday and Tuesday too). We ended up storing a suitcase just inside the front door to keep us from accidentally stepping down or falling. Other than that, our stay was great! We were close enough to walk into Cirencester to enjoy market day, but not so close that we had to worry about parking. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.
