"What a wonderful three nights we had at this fabulous hotel in the beautiful city of Helsinki. The conversion of this former gaol into a hotel has been creative and innovative.The location is convenient to the tram, waterfront and local restaurants. Our room was large, incredibly quiet and super comfortable. The inclusion in the tariff of breakfast, afternoon tea and the evening meal made it excellent value for money and added to the “ homely” environment they have successfully created. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly and wouldn’t hesitate to return. "
