Thanks to its central location, the town center with its shops, restaurants, and cafés can be reached in just 5-10 minutes on foot. The local outdoor swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing break, is also only a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is fully furnished in the traditional Tyrolean style with solid wood furniture, creating a cozy and warm atmosphere. It features a double bed in the main bedroom and two bunk beds for children – ideal for families. A balcony invites you to relax and unwind. The amenities include a compact bathroom and a practical kitchenette equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, Wi-Fi, and other conveniences to ensure a hassle-free stay. The price includes bed linen, towels and a private parking space. Important information: According to the new regional law, this holiday apartment can accommodate a maximum of the following persons: \- Adults (from 14 years of age): 2 \- The remaining beds may only be occupied by children who are not older than 13.99 years at the time of departure. Please note that this law is subject to control by the competent authority, and violations are punishable with very high fines. For this reason, no exceptions are possible under any circumstances. The Burgunderhof is located in the south of South Tyrol in the wine village of Tramin. The accommodation has 6 holiday apartments and a studio with a kitchenette. The apartments are on the first and second floors. All apartments have a balcony and an on-site parking space. The village center can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. Grocery store, bakery, playground, bus stop and pizzeria are in the area. The Tramin winery and the public outdoor swimming pool can also be reached on foot in about 5 - 10 minutes. Service Hours: Night service is not guaranteed between 7:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Late Check-Out: Late check-out is permitted only with prior written confirmation from MUSE.office. Absent such confirmation, a full day's rate will be charged. Same-Day Bookings: For reservations made on the same day as arrival, check-in is allowed only from 5:00 PM onwards. Pets: Not all properties permit pets. Guests must notify MUSE.holiday via a separate email of their intention to bring pets. Where allowed, a fee of €15.00 per pet per night applies. Crib, High Chair, and Bed Guard: These items are available upon request for an additional fee and must be booked in advance. Check-In After 7:00 PM: Late check-in is available only if communicated by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and is contingent upon presentation of required documentation and payment of the tourist tax and any extras via credit card. Ventilation Requirement: Guests are required to ventilate the apartment twice daily (morning and evening) for a minimum of five minutes each time to prevent moisture buildup and mold formation. Failure to comply will result in charges for remediation if mold is detected upon departure. Wi-Fi Service: Due to the property's geographical location, Wi-Fi services may be intermittent or slow, and uninterrupted connectivity cannot be guaranteed.
