HORRIVEL

Fizemos check-in por volta de 20:30 h e ja nao tinha agua encanada. Esperamos ate 23:30 h e os atendentes/recepcionista não fizeram o minimo pra nos ajudar quanto a famta de água, apenas quando, nós, hóspedes nos dirigimos pedindo atualizacoes, e mesmo assim sem um pouco de empatia. Hotel despreparado. Tivemos que saor e fazer outra reserva em outro hotel.

Nossa acomodação ficava em cima da cozinha do Hotel e, por isso, fomos incomodados pelo barulho dos trabalhos muito cedo (6h) nas 2 diárias que ficamos no Hotel. Outro detalhe que acreditamos que precisa ser melhorado é que a janela do banheiro do apto era voltada para um residencial que fica ao lado Hotel e permitia a completa visão do banheiro do apto. Tivemos que colocar uma toalha para garantir nossa privacidade.
