"We needed a place to stay for a local volleyball tournament at the Knoxville Convention center, which was 15 minutes away, and an all day event. So essentially we just needed a place to prepare breakfast and in the evening decompress, cook dinner, and relax until again next day of more volleyball. "Close to downtown walkable areas I wanna go. Can hear people talking so walls too thin. Toilets and floor n sink loose so can hear hear screws loosing n wobbling when use. Otherwise bed is comfortable."
