« With 2 kids and a dog sometimes hotels don't cut it. This location was minutes from all the attractions and with 2 active kids I did not have to worry about telling them to calm down or be quiet. They were free to run around in the yard when we were at the cabin. Perfect that we were able to make breakfast, go see some sites and come back and relax with no one around us. »

« Enjoyed our weekend stay here. Beautifully decorated on the inside. Nice amenities with coffee, cocoa, snacks. House is as described and all communication with the owners were great. Very peaceful and safe neighborhood. Enjoyed the outdoor lightning as well as the neon sign inside. We were here for basketball tournament and this place was about 15 ninutes from the convention center and close to stores, grocery, and many restaurants. Definitely would book here again. »

« Surprised my wife with a last minute trip. It turned out to be better than I could have imagined. We hardly left the cottage, everything we could have wanted to see or do was right there. We watched nature hiked the property, had bon fires, played pool and grilled most meals. It was our best vacation ever, it was so peaceful and private and relaxing. « We came to Gatlinburg for a wedding. We didn't want to stay in the heart of Gatlinburg because we knew it would be crazy because of Spring Break. While the house was a bit out of town it was completely fine! The house was great and we enjoyed our stay! »

One warning, this recent construction has very few rustic, “cabin” elements (despite the requisite black bear decor items), but it’s all super new & comfortable. Great hot tub, easily accessible on a covered porch. The road wraps around the location, but it’s very low traffic, so wasn’t a detriment to our enjoyment. « Everything was wonderful for our stay. Only thing is I wish there was a broom and some basic cleaning supplies. I know there's cleaning crew that comes but I like to leave things how they were and you never know when you may need those things. But it's a beautiful clean place with a great view. Highly recommend. »
