« As good as advertised. Clean, new like shower and fixtures. Everything worked great and the location is as good as you can find in downtown Gatlinburg. »

« Property was good for the price we paid and perfect for our needs. One thing needed… Floors were sticky. It may just be the cleaner they used. Also hot tub was cold water. We didn’t use it I til our last night so there was no need to ask for help with it. But I’m sure if we let them know it would have been fixed promptly. Communication was easy and great. »

« Great place to stay. Not too far from everything but not super close either. Perfect location. The condo was amazing. Had everything we needed. Kitchen well stocked. Make sure you bring salt, pepper or any seasoning unlike me and forgetting it. Beds are very comfy. Definitely will be booking again whenever we go back. »

« I loved the fact that although it was walking distance from town, it was not on the main street, so getting in and out was no problem. We were also very happy with the homey atmosphere. As to dislike, there was really only one thing, and that was because I wasn't aware that they didn't supply toiletries, so we had to make a quick trip to the drug store for shampoo and soap for the shower. »

« This location is minutes from Dollywood and the strip. Also isn’t far from Gatlinburg. For a two bedroom, it is very spacious and clean. Dollywood was great, I’ve never met more friendly people, fun rides and yes, the cinnamon bread was great. It was a slow line for the bread but Miss Pat was so sweet to talk to, thus the slow line. This is a tourist town! If you don’t mind then you will have a great time. By the way. Stay away from Ole Red in Gatlinburg. Music was good but the food and...

« Only thing we didn't like was not many lights trying to get to condo. With the winding/curvy roads was kinda nerve wracking, lol!! But we did it. »

« Condo was absolutely fantastic. It was stocked with everything we needed and clean. The location was perfect. We were so close to the parkway and the Island. Communication with Jennifer before and during our stay was above expectations. We did not have any issues during our stay that required attention. After our stay, I reached out to offer suggestions but did not hear back. We would definitely stay here again!!! »

The condo could use a few things like bigger end tables in the bedroom. trust me for us there was no issues but I could see others hoping for a little more »

« Love the view. The apartment was outdated. I would recommend updating it. We didn’t feel comfortable with that part. It looked pretty clean but there was some debris that I had to wipe up. The property manager was great, she answered any questions I had. You could walk to down town but we didn’t. There was a parking lot down the road for $15. »

« If you ever get the opportunity to stay in this condo - jump at it! It is everything as advertised and then some! We entered a welcoming atmosphere of mountain charm. The place was clean, well stocked and comfortable. We even mentioned that if we hadn’t wanted to go out and enjoy the sights we would have been quite happy to stay there and enjoy the condo. This one definitely won’t disappoint if you ever get the chance to stay there. »

« What a wonderful property. Great location to all of downtown activities as well as Dollywood. The VRBO was so clean and decorated very well. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. We did not cook at the VRBO but the kitchen appeared well stocked. I would highly recommend this for a family or group of friends. »

« Everything was wonderful for our stay. Only thing is I wish there was a broom and some basic cleaning supplies. I know there's cleaning crew that comes but I like to leave things how they were and you never know when you may need those things. But it's a beautiful clean place with a great view. Highly recommend. »
