« The tub in our room was dirty upon arrival. The shower wasn’t really clean either. Our toilet could barely flush correctly. We deep cleaned everything before we even settled in. »

« This property is atrocious. It should be a Motel 6. It was filthy, there were homeless people fighting in the parking lot, someone was throwing bricks over the side at the parked cars. My grandson and I booked this hotel based of the the previous ratings. We were too scared to walk to our room. We left and booked a room at the Westin. »

The staff member who checked us in appeared to be new and needed to get approval to allow us to check in about 30 minutes early, and they weren’t able to answer some basic parking questions. « Room was outdated; no bed liner; refrigerator didn't work; the shower handle came off the wall; the fire alarm went off at 2:30am and had to get up and walk outside in cold weather. The cost for a nightly stay is not worth it. »

« Great location, parking was very close by and convenient. I get the price being a little higher than normal because of the location. One working elevator was a bit of a hang up then my room wasn’t cleaned after my first night so I don’t know what went wrong there. I checked out the next day so there was no need to make a big deal about it in my opinion but it may not be the case with the next person. »

« It is right in the middle of downtown. There are plenty of things to do! The room stayed cool when we used ac and it stayed warm at night when we used the heat. The staff there are absolutely amazing! Especially Jordan! »
