« House was in excellent condition and well furnished and stocked. On a quiet cul de sac the property overlooks a beautiful bay you can enjoy while sipping your morning coffe on the screened porch. For just the 2 of us the upper floor, was cozy and comfortable. Lots of room for larger families too. Communication with property hosts was excellent. Wi-Fi and TVs were great. We would not hesitate to return again. »

« This is a beautiful location. The only negative was at night you could hear the interstate, but it was not enough to keep us awake. The inside of the property is wonderful, immaculately clean, very well stocked and equipped. It feels very isolated, but is in fact, very convenient to western Knoxville and Farragut. Can't wait to return! »

« We enjoyed our stay at Jen’s tiny house. Very comfortable and cozy setting. We enjoyed hearing the wind blow through the leaves and watching the clouds scuttle by the mountains at this peaceful quiet retreat. Accommodations were clean, comfortable, and Jen was an excellent communicator. We highly recommend her place. »

« Wonderful property on Watts-Barr lake with a dock. 3rd year in a row coming down for Labor Day with friends. The dock is awesome for swimming with kiddos and keeping the boat. The boat ramp is only 10 minutes away. The water slide from the top level is thrilling for sure! The house was clean and stocked generously with cookware and dishes. Great views of the sunset and wildlife abound. Definitely on our list of places to come back to. »
