The heart of this retreat is a chef's kitchen replete with modern appliances, an inviting eat-in island, a formal dining room, a generous family room, and a convenient laundry space. Each tastefully decorated bedroom features a Smart TV, ample closet space, and picturesque views of the rolling hills. The master bedroom is a sanctuary with its own private deck, perfect for witnessing breathtaking sunsets year-round. Upstairs, guests can unwind in the cozy den outfitted with a Smart TV and a Euro-lounger that accommodates two more guests.  
Spread across 2,650 square feet, The Shire seamlessly blends old-world charm, chic farmhouse aesthetics, and contemporary amenities. Crafted with precision, this designer dwelling showcases unique features like pre-Civil War reclaimed wood beams, antique accents, and a harmonious blend of vintage and modern elements.
