Santa Rita Ranch is an incredible, private 6BR/5BA vineyard property with 3 homes and a separate game house in the heart of Paso Robles wine country. Conveniently located with Trader Joes minutes away, and only a short drive to world class wineries and Downtown Paso. Take in the picturesque rural beauty as you relax on the wraparound porch surrounded by an acre of vines, stroll through the private vineyard, or take a dip in the small pool.

Spanning 2.5 acres in the quaint town of Templeton, this 3-dwelling 3,000 SQFT, 6 bedroom, 5 bath property offers a true wine country getaway. The vineyard, small pool, fire pit, bocce court and separate game bunkhouse with shuffleboard, pac man, foosball, games and TV is guaranteed to have something fun for everyone!

The remodeled 2,900 SQFT 1940s main house boasts 4BR/3BA with a spacious family room for gathering, small living room, full cook’s kitchen, and a large dining table. The kitchen features open shelving from reclaimed wood, a breakfast bar with butcher-block counters, stainless steel appliances with a full collection of cookware, bakeware, small appliances and cooks tools.

Built in 1930 along with the bunkhouse and barn, 1219 was the first home built on the property when it was a walnut orchard. Offering a bit more space across from the main house, this true 1BR/1BA house with a small kitchenette, queen bed and sofa bed is great for a family of four or up to three adults.

Find quiet privacy in the stylish Cottage, only a few steps away from the main house. This separate cozy studio with private bathroom is best suited for two, and has a small deck with one of the best vineyard views on the property.

An amazing stay at Santa Rita Ranch!
Our group of 14 was there for my sisters bachelorette weekend. We enjoyed all the amenities from the pool, to the outdoor eating space to the beautiful firepit area. The house and property are picturesque and everything we could ask for and more. The property manager was very responsive and ready to help with any questions I had. This was the perfect space for our party. My sister (the bride) was shocked and so impressed with the space and called it “The Bachelorette Weekend of Her Dreams”. Highly recommend spending time at Santa Rita Ranch!

Amazing Getaway
Our family takes a yearly trip and this property was perfect for our family of 14. This house has plenty of rooms for everyone to sleep comfortably, and we all loved how comfortable the beds were. The property has a bocce ball court and game room that will keep adults and kids entertained all weekend. It also has areas to relax like the wrap around porch, pool area, and fire pit. Tiffany was an amazing host that responded quickly to any questions we had and even left a goody basket for when we arrived. This was perfect for our family and can’t wait for our next trip there.

Exactly what we had hoped for in celebrating a milestone birthday
This property was exactly what we had hoped for in celebrating my husband’s birthday with friends. The attention to detail in the care of this property along with the added extras like a game room, fire pit, grills and pool made us not want to leave the property. Tiffany’s thoughtful recommendations on wineries, restaurants and things to see were so comprehensive. Her above and beyond care really did make this special weekend come together. We loved our stay and plan to stay again soon!

Great house!
We spent 4 wonderful days at Santa Rita Ranch for a family reunion. There were 15 of us, ages 18 months to 79 years, and everyone enjoyed their stay. The house is roomy and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out, especially with the added guest studio and one bedroom cottage--all of which we utilized. And the game room was an absolute favorite of all the kids! The kitchen is well appointed and allowed us to easily cook for our large group. We all enjoyed the wraparound porch which is a wonderful place to have an early morning cup of coffee, relax after a day at the beach, or cheer on the bocce and cornhole players. And the firepit was a favorite gathering spot at night for smores or a glass of wine in between games of flashlight tag. The house feels very private and secluded, but centrally located for easy access to the beaches, the vineyards, and other nearby attractions. And did I mention that Trader Joe's is just 5 minutes away and the beds are comfortable! We highly recommend Santa Rita Ranch.
