Guests need a few additions to make it perfect: an iron and ironing board, some tea, maybe a couple of bananas and crackers for jet-lagged travelers, these kinds of things :)"

The staff are awesome! Everyone from the front desk, housekeeping and restaurant. They all were there to make my stay the most enjoyable and memorable time in Luang Prabang. The front desk staff helped me with many things. They secured train tickets, private tour drivers, taxi and similar services needed during my stay. The restaurant, wow! It oversees the Mekong River with a beautiful view! I feel best in Luang Prabang. The restaurant staff are amazing! The breakfast and dinner menu was so delicious (sap lai). Whether you are wanting Asian or western food. All is delicious! This property is a must for staying in Luang Prabang. I enjoyed it so much. I extended my stay TWICE!!! For a total of 13 nights! If I were to return to Luang Prabang, I would definitely want to stay here again! "
