As soon as you open the door of this vacation home, its natural light and modern style will welcome you with a breathtaking and cozy atmosphere. An open-concept kitchen, living, and dining room invite you to gather in the center of the home for freshly cooked meals and quiet evenings with loved ones, that you can prepare in the fully equipped kitchen, with modern stainless-steel appliances, and all the utensils needed. Enjoy your meals in the round table for two that expands for two more. Elegant finishes like quartz countertops mix with personal touches like a French press coffee maker, while a built-in desk and workspace give the practical necessities for making this flat feel like home.

Elevated above the street, you’ll have natural privacy in Flat 14C Calle Cartagena. Natural light makes the home feel airy and bright, with large bedroom windows showcasing an expansive sunset-facing ocean view. The subdued colors and touches of natural wood give you that relaxed ambiance you were looking for.

There are A/C and ceiling fans for extra freshness. In the master bedroom, you'll find a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone shower, and a big closet, rest like loyalty in the top-of-the-line mattress and lines to get up brand new. There is comfortable a twin bed size sofa for an extra person.

This Flat has a washer and dryer, for your convenience and a short distance, get groceries from nearby Copper & Stone, and spend time in, resting, and relaxing for the next day’s adventures. There is also a smart TV with cable, a telephone for local calls, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

It is also located just steps away from the Beach Club where you will find pools, a hot tub, a gym, and a restaurant, for an extra fee of $16 per day and may be purchased at the concierge desk of Las Catalinas or enjoy the social center of the town. Just outside the door, hop on guided bike rides through the trails, book low-tide beach barbecues on Playa Danta, enjoy forage-to-table meals in the forest reserve, or paddle-board in the bay. Las Catalinas is a community in a constant state of growth, there could be construction going on specific schedules to assure minimal disturbance to our guests.

The parking service is for free, the town is vehicle-free and makes a great place to relax, meet great people, and have the best vacation possible.

Las Catalinas is committed to the comfort and enjoyment of their guests. That’s why up to second week of May, there will be undergoing renovations to enhance your experience. During this period, the kids pool will be temporarily closed, but don't worry, the lap and adult pool will remain open for some family fun! Additionally, the restaurant's bar will continue to serve you with a specially crafted, though reduced menu. There will be a fee of $16 for entry during this renovation period, but it is fully redeemable on food and drinks! Please note that there might be noise and some dust. Thank you for your understanding.


The Flat is also fully equipped for a great vacation and includes beach chairs, a cooler, and beach towels, also complimentary amenities such as coffee, spices, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap.
