The Space:

Villa Verde sits right on Playa Potrero's coastline, step from your pool deck straight onto the sand. This isn't just a place to sleep; it's where your group actually wants to hang out together.



The main floor flows: chef's kitchen → 10-person dining table → lounge with flatscreen. Five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and views. King beds in rooms 1 and 2. Queens in rooms 3 and 4. Room 5 has three bunk beds plus three singles - kids love it, and it keeps everyone under one roof.



The pool overlooks a lawn big enough for yoga, or just spreading out beach towels. There's a BBQ terrace with a built-in Napoleon grill if someone in your group likes to cook outdoors.



*The 5-bedroom layout includes the bottom two floors of the home, with the option to rent the top-floor penthouse separately for an additional fee, subject to availability.

As part of our standard booking process, guests are asked to choose between a $50 non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable $1,000 security deposit hold, released 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage.
