I recently stayed at Home2 Suites in Temecula, CA for two nights. While there were some positive aspects of our stay, there were also several issues that detracted from our overall experience. On the positive side, the day staff was friendly & accommodating. We also appreciated the excellent service provided by the breakfast attendant, who managed to keep the food stations full despite the high volume of guests. However, there were some notable drawbacks. Upon arrival, we found that there was no blanket for the pull-out couch. When we contacted the front desk, we were informed that there was no houseman on duty, but I could retrieve the blanket myself. The most concerning issue was the condition of the pull-out couch mattress pad, which had several blood stains on it. We reported this to the front desk but were told they didn't have replacements and couldn't leave their post. This lack of responsiveness was disappointing, especially considering the hygiene implications of the situation. The couch mattress itself also seemed overdue for replacement. Additionally, the blackout curtain in our room didn't close correctly, leaving it crooked with a noticeable gap on one side. Furthermore, there were cleanliness issues in the bathroom, particularly under the sink vanity, which appeared to have been neglected for some time. While there were certainly positives during our stay, the combination of these issues led us to decide not to stay for the second evening.

Easy and convenient from checking in and checking out on mobile app, also included mobile key is awesome no more loosing key its right on your phone. Complementary breakfast is decent. Waffles, fruit, bagels, yogurt, cereal, coffee and tea all day. Overall great stay.

Easy to travel with a 4 year old. Comfortable beds, spacious and clean rooms. The bedroom is equipped with a half kitchen. Breakfast was included. Less than a 5 minute drive to Old Town Temecula and approximately a 10 minute drive to the wineries. Parking is included and plenty of parking spaces available. Would recommend and would stay again.

Everything was almost perfect. The place looked just like the pictures online. The staff was great, the breakfast options were decent. It was close to almost everything. It had a very cozy feel. My only complaint is that there were a few stains on the couch in my room and a few spots on the carpart. Everything else was spotless and looked new. I am very happy with my stay and will be coming back.

Everything was good. Only because when I ask about how to use the EV charger the manger or superviser said we can’t do nothing to show you about EV charger. I feel was not nice. One employee was available to showing me and she said hey wait wait we can’t do that. … But location, rooms was good and breakfast was delicious.

Quick trip out of town to beautiful Temecula. Hotel was nice and clean. Bed was super comfortable. Others stated issue with sheets but don't understand why. We enjoyed the room and the hot shower. Breakfast was really good with a nice selection of items. Would stay again without question.
