**OPTIONAL CASITA** MAKES 8 BEDROOMS, WHICH WILL SLEEP 16 COMFORTABLE, The attached private Casita (guest house) with small living room, fireplace, kitchen, bedroom with queen bed , 55" tv in bedroom, full bathroom with jetted tub, own private driveway and entrance for an additional $100 per night plus tax and $75 cleaning fee. Note: We do not rent casita to any other party during your stay. Only available to you and or your guest.

If you are looking for a nice getaway for a large family ......You've found it!! Beautiful 7200 sq Mediterranean home nestled in a private gated community on 5 acres and only minutes away from over 40 Wineries Temecula offers.
Entering home you will feel a sense of openness with high 16' ceilings in the Foyer and Great room. Great room will lead you to the dinning room and bar area which is next to a large chefs delight kitchen. Kitchen features; Marble counter tops, 6 burner Viking cook top, 2- refrigerators, dish washer, and a sitting bar overlooking patio & pool area. Next to the kitchen you have the pool table room and family room with a 65" tv.

Rooms are situated on two separate wings of the home. Right wing you have the Grand Master bedroom with king bed, 65" tv, large master bath Next to the master bedroom is the bonus room with a queen bed (own entrance) . Left Wing of the home you have; suite #2 with queen bed, 55" tv and full bathroom, next door is suite #3 with queen bed and full bathroom, across is suite #4 with queen bed full bath with walk in shower, across the laundry room next to pool table room you have suite #5 with queen bed, full bathroom and private entrance from the pool area. Suite #6 is a detached room (see picture) with queen bed, full bathroom with walk in shower and 35" tv.

Gorgeous outdoor entertaining area with Rock water fall pool, jacuzzi, BBQ area, large patio with plenty of out door furniture for a large group to relax in. Your Perfect Getaway awaits!!

~~IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW~~

~We take the rules very seriously! Prior to booking, please note that per our house rules and County ordinance, Occupancy limit at all times and Quiet Hours of 10pm to 7am will be strictly enforced (absolutely no outdoor activities that will inconvenience our neighbors of their quiet enjoyment). Guest must mindful of their noise levels at all times. In order to ensure a continued great experience for our guests and our neighbors, kindly note that any violation of these rules as well as complaints from neighbors and the County may result in a citation, forfeiture of security deposit and could lead to immediate eviction.

~Pool/jacuzzi heating will incur an additional charge. Pool heating not available from November thru March as temperatures are to cold for a domestic heater to attempt to heat that much water. Free solar pool heating from April 15th to Oct 15th.
Jacuzzi heating available year round for an additional fee of $20 to heat water to 102 degrees and $10 per hour to maintain temperature.

We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding weekend. Perfect set up for a large group, plenty of space, pool was fabulous and the views of the hot air balloons and sunsets from the front of the house sitting area was spectacular. Communication was great. Highly recommend.

The house as a whole was beautiful. The sunsets sitting in the front yard were amazing. Everyone in our party had plenty of room and the kitchen was large enough to fit a lot of cooks at the same time. We loved having 2 refrigerators and sinks, especially with a large group. We were able to utilize everything it had to offer. On a separate note, we feel the house needs a little TLC and updating. One of the bathroom’s toilet was not flushing and needed constant plunging throughout our stay, and even though they came over right away to check it out, it couldn’t be fixed so we had to deal with it for the duration. I hope the next party to rent this house doesn’t have the same issue. Hot water throughout the house was very hard to maintain, and even though we started staggering our showers, it didn’t make much difference. If these few caveats were rectified I would definitely come back to this property as we visit this area often.

Our group of 10 absolutely loved this stunning property! The house is spacious, clean, and was ready ahead of schedule for our arrival. Every bedroom but one has its own en-suite bathroom, and all have individual thermostats so set to your comfort zone. The pool area quickly became our favorite spot to relax and have fun together. The large, fully equipped kitchen made cooking an absolute pleasure. The host was responsive from start to finish and greeted us at check-in, giving us a grand tour and making sure we had all the information we needed. If we visit the area again, we would return to this property. We highly recommend it!

Ideal house for groups

Perfect for our group of 7 adults as we each had our own bedroom but you certainly could have more and still feel comfortable. Two shared the huge master bath but all of the other bedrooms had their own bath. Spacious kitchen with 2 refrigerators plus 2 wine refrigerators. A huge yard with amenities and far enough away from neighboring houses so peacefully quiet, yet close enough to wineries and old town. Beautiful view. Beautiful house and great for larger groups

The house was beautiful. Common areas are large and plenty of TV areas. The kitchen was perfect for 4 people to work in. And we loved the extra refirgerator. There is an outdoor bedroom which was quiet. One of the bedrooms did not have a bathroom connected or a closet so know that. We rented the extra casita which has some appliances. There are some things that need to be fixed and management said they were working on it. The area is quiet and filled with larger homes and ranches. We enjoyed morning walks here. Its about a 20-25m drive to restaurants that are not wineries and grocery stores. Management was always available to us which was a huge plus.

Temecula Trip

The property manager was absolutely a delight to deal with. He really tried to accommodate us but there were several issues with the property. 1) The microwave didn't work. The manager brought one the next day. 2) The coffee maker wasn't working. The property manager brought one the next day. 3) The smoke alarm in the master bedroom was beeping and indicated that need the battery changed. My friends who were staying in the master bedroom could not get a complete night of sleep. We did enjoy our stay overall. The area is fantastic.

Incredible house for a big group

This is one beautiful house! Space for everyone and everyone gets their own bathroom. The casita is a great extra. Well stocked kitchen with appliances, serving platters, everything you need to host a large party. 2 kitchens and 3 refrigerators plus a drink fridge. We've stayed here twice and are making it an annual thing, even considering it for twice a year. Perfect place to get the whole family together. A+++

Great big house

The house was a good size for our family size of 11. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, which was nice. The kitchen, great room, outdoors all very enjoyable. Also, a nice place to view the sunset and to see the balloons in the mornings. However, there were more than a few things missing or broken throughout the house, such as not enough silverware in the kitchen, no tubber ware. The kitchen was dirty. Baking dishes, roasting pans were dirty. Gas stove did not light properly. The oven was filthy from a previous spill. The dishwasher did not work property. Dishes were dirty after using it. There could have been more towels in the kitchen. Plus, hot water was a problem in kitchen and showers. Either low pressure or lack of hot water in general. Paint was peeling in one of the bedrooms along with a cracked window. In general, the house did not look very cared for.

Great for larger families!

Overall, the property was amazing and the family had a great time. Excellent "personal" checkin service. Home met our needs, but there needs to be a little repair work done. Stove top - not all burners work, but we made do. A/C in dining room ran all the time, even though we thought we turned it off. Got cold in the evenings, even for those that liked it cold (could save some money here). Hot water in the shower in main bedroom rarely happened (once in our 5-day stay we had hot water). Pool is amazing. Lots of sun and shade in the backyard and comfortable chaise lounges. The house was big enough to keep everyone happy and enjoying their time. Will we return - very likely!

California family reunion

This home was perfect for 15 family members who came from all over the country for a family reunion. The kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces allowed enough room that we never felt crowded. There was also plenty of seating between the kitchen table, bar stools, and smaller bar top table for us to enjoy family meals. Being single story made it easy to navigate for both the toddler and the great grand parents. The early morning, hot air balloons out the front were definitely a treat to see! Overall, the property was great. The house was very large and clean. The only reason that I am not giving a 5 start is because the house part of an association (multiple houses in a gated community). We were under the impresion that it is a huge house on a few acres with enough distance from neighbors like other properties. Perfect getaway for your large group

The house was amazing and had everything we needed for our group of 14 adults. Everything was clean, the pool and hot tub were put to good use, and you should plan to rise early at least one morning and relax with a cup of coffee watching the hot air balloons in the distance.

Long-time Friends

We are a group of 15 women who went to high school together in in the 60s. A couple of us have known each other since kindergarten. We try to get together every couple of years. This year only 13 could make it. We spent a wonderful week in this very private setting. We had lots of space to visit. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was labeled. Having so many bathrooms was really a plus. We really enjoyed the pool area.

Large house in wine country

This is probably the nicest house we’ve stayed at yet. 8BR (if you get the additional suite) all but one with their own bathroom. The kitchen is huge. There is everything u could want from a home (pool with waterfall, hottub, pool table, beautiful views, esp in the morning when the hot air balloons are out. Not far (2-3 miles) from numerous wineries. More great restaurants than anyone could go to in a month.

Amazing house for a large group!

We had 6 adult couples at the house and had the best time! The bedrooms and bathrooms are an ideal layout and everyone had plenty of room! Beds are also very comfy, and the pillows were high quality. The kitchen is spacious, there are lots of seating areas, and the outdoor space is large. We had a lot of fun using the pool, hot tub and grill. The host made it super easy to use and heat the hot tub whenever we wanted which was ideal. There were a few small things like no working ice makers and a subpar dishwasher, but it definitely didn’t hinder our great stay. We would all stay again if we end up back in Temecula!
